About seasoning. I recall the time my mother, not realizing she had already salted the mixed vegetables for Thanksgiving dinner, resalted them without tasting……it wasn’t pretty! But it does make for the perfect story told every Thanksgiving since! LOL! My father tells it, my mother gives him the Hairy Eyeball. We all laugh! You KNOW it is coming!
