Otherwise all my bacon is cooked in the oven. 

I do kind of wish we were having this for dinner tonight. But we’ve got leftovers that are taking up critical refrigerator space this turkey week. I’m coming home with a ham tomorrow and its got to go  somewhere.

Haven’t tried the baking bacon at 400, but I’m pretty sure thats what my grandma does to get ready for christmas brunch!

And this for dinner? yum… we are actually wrapping a tenderloin in prosciutto (real simple recipe) hope it turns out!
