would you believe, i’ve never read Orangette? she’s too big for me. keep in mind, i *only* just succumbed to David Leibovitz’s charms. baby steps for me.

this is the 2nd glowing review i’ve read about her book in the last month. i’ll think about picking it up.

Jennifer, I really do love the Advantium and how it has given me more confidence in the kitchen.� I know that I have only scratched the surface of what this thing can do in the short time that I’ve had it.� And even if my wishlist of refinements never become a reality, it is still a powerful tool to have.

Thank you for your honest critique. When the day comes that my above the range microwave craps out, I will definitely be taking the Advantium into consideration. I like the idea of any appliance that comes with more kitchen confidence – especially one that helped relieve your bread fears!
