It’s tough to pick just one! But I’m going to go with making Italian cookies with my grandmother. You have to kind of make the dough by feel, and then you roll them into different shapes, bake, and decorate with icing and rainbow sprinkles (my grandmother used the red and green colored sugar for a while, but I really think rainbow sprinkles is the only way to go). My brother and I used to spend Thanksgiving night over her house when we were kids, and we would make them on Black Friday. I used to be able to put this cookies away; they were my absolute favorites!
